IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must include all original parts, components, and packaging, in undamaged condition.

The product may only show signs of normal handling. Items damaged through misuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Items where hygiene is important (e.g. undergarments) must be properly cleaned before returning.

If the item is found to be defective upon delivery, contact us immediately.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the item. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products not caused by us.
How to Return an Item
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Reason for return

Photos of the item (in case of defect)

Full name

Complete shipping address

Once we receive your request, we will provide the correct return address.
Do not return the item to the sender’s address. Returns must only be sent to the address we provide.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer (individual), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your full order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written request to support@vogue-haven.com.
This right is only completed once we have received the returned item.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations & In-Transit Orders
Due to our automated system, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours of being placed.
Once an order is being processed, we are unable to stop or edit it.
If your order has already shipped, wait for the delivery and then request a return by following the process outlined above.
To speed up the process, we ask that you provide proof of shipment once you send your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days.
